Fair Comfort Solutions is an HVAC repair company founded on the core values of hard work, expertise, and an unwavering commitment to serving our neighbors in the Garland, TX, community.

Sal Gutierrez, a seasoned HVAC professional, began our company in July 2021. He put together a team deeply rooted in experience, technical skill, and a passion for heating and air conditioning.

The Journey

It all began at Eastfield Community College, where Sal embarked on a journey that would shape the future of our company. With an education in HVAC repair in hand, he took a job as a commercial HVAC helper, quickly ascending the ranks to become a Maintenance Technician.

At age 21, Sal decided to enlist in the United States Navy, where he served as a Fire Controlman for six years. Here he worked on radar equipment, weapons systems, and many other complex systems, often in hostile waters. This experience honed his troubleshooting skills, making problem-solving second nature to him. His time in the Navy instilled discipline, precision, and a strong sense of duty. These are the values that form the foundation of Fair Comfort Solutions.

Upon completion of his enlistment, Sal returned to the HVAC industry with a renewed sense of purpose. Just as he had served his country, he now wanted to serve his community.

Bringing the knowledge and troubleshooting skills he had acquired over the past decade, he established Fair Comfort Solutions.
