Story: My heat/AC went out over the summer (I mean nothing worked) and I was really stressed out. The house wasn’t heating or cooling and I had a feeling the whole unit would need to be replaced. It was over 12 years old. I had a four companies give a quote for a new unit since supposedly it couldn’t be “fixed”. Quotes ranged from $8K to $25K!! I was really confused about the different options. Sal from Fair Comfort Solutions, found the problem was with the heater. He was the only company to get the AC working, even if temporarily. He saw we were uncomfortable and did his best to take care of us. He provide a fair price for a new unit and answer all of my questions! I was able to take my time in my cooled house to make the best decision for our family. I will always be giving my business to Sal because he actually cares!! He is fair, honest and goes above and beyond to help.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Sal is truly one of a kind. In a world where finding reliable service can feel like flipping a coin, he is the rare exception: prompt, professional, and unbelievably knowledgeable. From the moment I called, he was responsive, respectful of my time, and made the entire HVAC process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything in plain English, didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. Trust is everything when it comes to home services—and I trust him completely. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it shows in the details. If you’re in the Dallas area and need HVAC help, stop scrolling and call him. You won’t regret it. I can’t say enough good things. Highly, highly recommended.
