I recently had an issue with my home AC — it was blowing air but not cooling. I called Fair Comfort Solutions in Garland, TX, and I’m so impressed with their service. The technician was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He carefully diagnosed the problem and explained everything to me before doing any work. He showed that the capacitor had no current running through it and asked for my approval before replacing it. The part he used even came with a 5-year warranty, not a cheap one you’d find on Amazon. He also cleaned up all the leaves around my AC unit — a thoughtful extra touch. The total cost was $185, including the diagnostic and the part — very fair for such honest, high-quality work. I highly recommend Fair Comfort Solutions to anyone looking for an honest, fair, and highly skilled HVAC company.

Sal and his team at Fair Comfort Solutions were great to work with. We are having a cold snap in North Texas, so even though they were very busy, they were able to get my heat back up quickly. They gave me sufficient updates throughout the day on their arrival times, so I knew exactly when to expect them. They were kind, courteous, and knowledgeable, and I felt comfortable having them in my home to work on my furnace.
