They gave me sufficient updates throughout the day on their arrival times, so I knew exactly when to expect them. They were kind, courteous, and knowledgeable, and I felt comfortable having them in my home to work on my furnace.

Fair Comfort Solutions is AMAZING! Long story short I won’t work with ANYONE ELSE!

Story: My heat/AC went out over the summer (I mean nothing worked) and I was really stressed out. The house wasn’t heating or cooling and I had a feeling the whole unit would need to be replaced. It was over 12 years old. I had a four companies give a quote for a new unit since supposedly it couldn’t be “fixed”. Quotes ranged from $8K to $25K!! I was really confused about the different options. Sal from Fair Comfort Solutions, found the problem was with the heater. He was the only company to get the AC working, even if temporarily. He saw we were uncomfortable and did his best to take care of us. He provide a fair price for a new unit and answer all of my questions! I was able to take my time in my cooled house to make the best decision for our family. I will always be giving my business to Sal because he actually cares!! He is fair, honest and goes above and beyond to help.
