He showed that the capacitor had no current running through it and asked for my approval before replacing it. The part he used even came with a 5-year warranty, not a cheap one you’d find on Amazon. He also cleaned up all the leaves around my AC unit — a thoughtful extra touch. The total cost was $185, including the diagnostic and the part — very fair for such honest, high-quality work. Sal and his team were fantastic! They installed two brand new systems in our house in less than a day. They worked around our schedule, very professional, explained the ins and outs of the system, and went above and beyond the typical level of service. It was such a pleasure working with them and highly recommend to anyone in need of HVAC assistance.

Sal and his team at Fair Comfort Solutions were great to work with. We are having a cold snap in North Texas, so even though they were very busy, they were able to get my heat back up quickly. They gave me sufficient updates throughout the day on their arrival times, so I knew exactly when to expect them. They were kind, courteous, and knowledgeable, and I felt comfortable having them in my home to work on my furnace.

They replaced it within just one day at a reasonable price for a name brand unit and most importantly installed properly with all the updated duct and seal work to ensure it runs at its best.
