Sal and his team at Fair Comfort Solutions were great to work with. We are having a cold snap in North Texas, so even though they were very busy, they were able to get my heat back up quickly. They gave me sufficient updates throughout the day on their arrival times, so I knew exactly when to expect them. They were kind, courteous, and knowledgeable, and I felt comfortable having them in my home to work on my furnace.

Highly recommend Sal and his team at Fair Comfort Solutions. They replaced my two 23-year old furnaces in my home. They replaced it within just one day at a reasonable price for a name brand unit and most importantly installed properly with all the updated duct and seal work to ensure it runs at its best. Sal is very knowledgeable, professional and looks out for you rather than try to upsell or offer products or services you don’t need.
